AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! I paid $22 for the Enchiladas, the serving size of rice is only about 20 grams which would be the equivalent to 1 lousy scoop with a kitchen spoon. The meal was cold and seemed microwaved. They business also replies with BOT responses and uses fake 5 star reviews to boost their ratings

Edit after reply: not sure if there is an option to reply to your response so I’m going to put it in the edit of the original post. You’re correct I did order through Uber eats and did not receive customer service so I have removed the stars for those sections, if you have an email I’d love to have a further discussion on this, as you say there is evidence of preparing the “full” meal and claimed I have ate the frijole and rice. That is incorrect as the photo of the meal is exactly what I received and is untouched in the photo (hence why I have wrote a review being upset about the quality of the meal I purchased). Also I’m unsure on how you would aim to achieve taking legal action on me leaving a review of the meal I received. Your point about the BOT reviews does make sense, however I was taking into consideration that the reviews that are not 5 stars would lower the rating making it unachievable for a perfect 5/5 stars.

I apologise for my misconception and making the claim that the business replies with BOT responses as that is obviously not the case.

Was that the only claim I made that was inappropriate? As I’m still claiming I paid for a meal and received an extremely small portion of rice, with no frigole, I have taken photo evidence for the review and you have responded by saying I’m lying (which is an interesting response). I’d love to see the photo of the meal you claim to have prepared for me and the video evidence that disputes my review.

4x serves of Taquitos and 2x Mexican rice all tiny. An absolute disappointment for what it was advertised on DoorDash for $54 value looked more like $20 value for the whole lot. The food didn’t match the pictures provided by them on DoorDash. They are really misleading and after receiving the food when we called them they showed no apology, acted indifferent and showed zero customer service. After feeling disappointed with outcome I did mention to them that I would leave an honest review about this experience, to which they responded “that’s fine”. I contacted DoorDash later with pictures and luckily they agreed with me that food didnt look like photos, food items all smaller than the pictures and no meat/protein can be seen in pictures and offered me full money back refund. I suppose just goes to show how rude a business can be and how careless they are towards people’s time and money. Pictures are attached of what was received at $54 (17 for each serve of Taquitos which consists of two, and we got 8) and each rice $10 all per prices...

I really wish I could give a better review but seriously the food is so soggy- I ordered a burrito thinking it was just a ordinary burrito with stuffing inside. NOPE. It was a burrito with only a bit of stuffing and the rest of the stuffing OUTSIDE of the burrito. And then I reached to pick it up, it felt like it was drenched in hot water. YUCK.

The woman who was serving us was pretty kind and understanding but dear god I wouldn’t come here for food- it’s why I left the previous restaurant in brickworks, pleaseeee stop making burritos like this, their disgusting 🫠

Also. I must say the surrounding is pleasant a little, wouldn’t call it very .. pretty to say for the least. As I even saw AI generated Mexican pictures on the wall like this is a low budget store ..

I love Mexican food but this will not be my place.. I’m sorry again I wish I could have given a better review but.. yeah.. i’m not returning...
