Muffin Break Brimbank, Deer Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

Website shows muffin break opens at: 8.00AM, except Sundays at: 10.00AM I was there yesterday morning....around 8.40AM and there was one tray with muffins ready. I asked the Philippines short person with glasses, if they are open? She mumbled something and then I asked her....what type of muffin is in the tray that was ready, she didn't reply to me at all, she totally ignored me and proceeded to get chocolate muffins unstuck from the hot tray. I won't shop there again and I bought a muffin from Ferguson's full of berries and delicious!!! Once I bought an egg and chives sandwich and it was soooooo dry!!! They don't make them fresh daily!! I gave one star, but I wanted to give 0 star! That short person needs to get trained about customer service ASAP!!! Also gave me the look of being a burden!!! Very...

Absolutely pathetic service, went on 29th February 2024 around 4pm. The Asian lady was so rude no hi no smile first thing she said to me in a horrible manner ' what is it what do you want' and made a horrible gesture. I said excuse me? She said what is it. It actually made me so angry and I said no thanks I'm not ordering from here. She seem very racist and horrible. I will never ever go to that place to drink or eat and hopefully she can do a course how to talk and be polite to people. Pathetic and horrible...

A week ago, my friend ordered her coffee and a toasted sandwich. It took them a while to figure it out how to use and pay for the meal. I was right infront of the line and the cashier asked the person behind me for their order assuming my friend's sandwich was for us. Horrible service.

The coffee was weak not good and the worst part was my sandwich. Only ate the bread and the chicken but threw the rest in the rubbish. We'll never go...
