Muffin Break Southland (Level 2) — Restaurant in Melbourne

Staff are not friendly. Talk over you, rude, never smile. I don’t write reviews and I usually just give the benefit of the doubt but I’ve been here multiple times and the same bad attitude. This one particular female staff member will speak over me before I am done my sentence. I left there today thinking goodness, her rude attitude is really impacting on my wellbeing. Food is fine but other muffin break establishments have better staff. Does it hurt that bad to smile? Is it possible to let someone finish their sentence? not sure if it is under new management, but i had the worst mocha ever. it was super weak tasted nothing like a mocha. My son had a baby chino with two Marshmallow, instead of putting it aside like any coffee shop normally does, the guy making the coffee pour the 2 marshmallow into this tiny cup with milk overflowing.... it went everywhere onto my son's clothes and straight to the bin. it is the first time he refused a baby chino. i Also go to Muffin break in other shopping center but the southland one is a...

Spent 10 minutes waiting for a coffee and crossont to go. Robot like service , asked for a napkin and was carelessly thrown a single sheet of cheap thin napkin paper , i almoat laughed at that bizzar bit of service. Got to the car the crossont was like a rubber boot and it had a horrible smell. Ended up in the bin after bites . And the coffee was also a joke . Week yet bitter haha . How do places like this stay in business? No passion no spark, even the napkin looked depressed...
