We placed an order directly with Schnitz online for delivery
2 rolls a wrap and a family size chips.
Our local store is Southland, and we had the wrong order delivered
Instead of the rolls it was all wraps and only a small chips.
There are 3 of us in my family, my wife and our son
Upon receiving the order which was clearly not sufficient for the 3 we rang the store to see if we could get the order rectified .
To our absolute disgust the store person Renuka did not want to listen to us and hung up on me and said she would call me after the store is shut at 8.30pm
All we wanted was the correct order and the roll that my son and wife wanted and additional chips for the 3 of us.
Renuka refuses to entertain us with only option of her calling us back at 8.30pm a full hour and fifteen minutes after our supposed dinner time.
With no other option but to order food from and alternative provider who promptly delivered we had our dinner.
At 8.30pm we got a call from Renuka telling us that she would refund us $3 for the mistake. To which I said no, and that all we wanted was for our order to be rectified and we would have been happy. Instead she called us 1hr15mins later well past our dinner time to tell us she would refund $3.
That didn make sense at all as we had to get dinner from elsewhere and still have the wrap that wasn’t eaten. We just then requested a refund for the order which was not fulfilled as it was wrong.
She was very rude and ignored my requests and kept on going about giving us $3 back which completely Did not make sense and then proceeded to hang up on us.
This is absolutely appalling service form a reputable brand like schnitz. Disgraceful to say the least.
I would like a refund for my order as I don’t feel comfortable getting a replacement from the hopeless...

I've had the Spice of Life burger ($15.50) multiple times in the past, and it used to be a properly spicy burger—the kind of spicy that makes spice wimps cower in fear.
But the last two times I ordered it, the burger just wasn’t that spicy. If there was any heat, it was the tiniest kick—and that was it.
There were only about two or three slices of jalapeños, which really isn’t much. And the thing is, the jalapeños don’t just bring heat—they add flavor with their vinegary, pickled tang. Without them, the burger feels more barebones and flat.
The chicken was also slightly overcooked, but what really bummed me out was that the burger just wasn't as zesty as it used to be.
That said, the overall flavor was still quite nice—a good mix of mayo and a subtle curry taste that wasn’t overpowering.
But that's not the issue. I’ve always enjoyed the Spice of Life burger, but like with so many things, I suspect someone complained about how spicy it was, and now they’ve toned it down to the max. Rather than neutering the spice, they should’ve just given it a proper warning on the menu—like a 3 out of 3 on the spice scale. Or let customers choose how spicy...
Read moreI received food poisoning after ordering a meal with the team at schnitz Southland .
The next day I came back to inform the store manager Anita of what occurred . I was not there seeking compensation however , merely letting her know of what had happened so it doesn't happen again to any other customer onwards. I've never been so outraged of the appalling customer care she took . Not only did she say it wasn't food poisoning as it occurred so soon , (food poisoning can occur within the first few hours after consuming the food ) especially if I haven't eaten anything all day, but her body language such as slouching over the counter was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I don't recommend anyone to order there food here . On another occasion when I asked for fresh fries , I saw the employee begin mixing fresh fries and old fries together.
Won't be coming back there , super...
