Muzzy's Kebab and Grill — Restaurant in Melbourne

The adana meal I ordered were an utter letdown. The quality of the meat was subpar, lacking the tenderness and flavor one would expect. The meat seemed dry and overcooked, leaving a lackluster taste in my mouth. Additionally, the portion sizes were disappointingly small, considering the prices charged. I left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and still craving a decent meal.

Furthermore, the customer service was severely lacking. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful. They showed no enthusiasm in accommodating customer requests or ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism was palpable throughout my visit.

There were pigeons everywhere inside this restaurant even in the kitchen. One of them got spooked and tried to fly out, colliding with a ladies head. When I saw this, I was sort of in disbelief. Besides the fact that it's just generally unhygienic, pigeons also carry disease which is dangerous to humans. When we first ordered food I didn't notice the pigeons at first because they were low to the ground and under tables, but as we we're having our meal I saw the above happening and it really put me off my lunch. The bird thing is very disappointing because the staff were so nice. The bread was really fresh and the lamb kebab was sensational, so I didn't really want to leave such a low review, but the pigeon thing is a huge issue for hygiene as far as I'm concerned. EDIT* Actually had to download google maps app to write a response to the ridiculous response I received. We actually did not finish the meals as they were disgusting and inedible. Furthermore, there is definitely more than one sign stating that if you leave a 5 star review you get a free drink. So not sure why you’re coming on here and lying? I did not request a refund, as per CCTV you’re claiming to have watched you’ll see I sat there with my children and did not move…. They served my 2 year old frozen chicken.. and our order could not be further from what we asked for. Really disappointing. So many nicer places for Turkish kebabs on this strip
