Nagi Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

Not impressed with our first experience with Nagi charcoal chicken in Melton. We ordered 4x half chicken packs to share around with the whole family. But found a fly / mosquito ? On one of the fries. 🤢 by then we had already eaten half of the food. 😪 Anyway, no one could finish more than half of the chicken as it was dry, greasy and very salty. The chips were soggy and some bits were overdone, and were over salted. Pasta salad was disappointing as the pasta was still hard and not cooked properly. Finding the fly / mozzie on the chips promptly ended our dinner. We spent over $50 on this meal and half of the food was chucked out. Very annoyed and disappointed. Will not be back. Love the food. However shocked with the customer service. Have been coming here since i was a little kid and last week Saturday I had come in for lunch with a friend, she ordered first, (i was standing right there next to her) I waited to order next however the young lady with brown hair ignored me and prepared my friends meal. I had to wait for her to make it and pack it to then ask to order, and her response was “well you didn’t tell me you wanted to order” in a very rude blunt manner , i was lost for words to receive such an attitude for no reason. it was quite obvious considering i was right next to her holding my bank card in plain site… cant understand how someone can have such poor customer service, its really not...

We used to be regular customers until several orders in a row we got soft half cooked chips. We visited again recently to give it one more try ordering chicken & chips.
