Firstly…they charge extra for dining in and for any little request you require. Eg “can it be medium spice” or “more chilli”. Then there’s the lack of authenticity of their dishes. Anyone can google a chow mein and see it’s a noodle dish. But we received a tiny bag of deep fried dough to “sprinkle on top of” a container of gravy-less bland stir fry chicken. The lady walked away from me when I tried to discuss the dish. I also asked the beef dish be spicy and paid the extra to do so and still received the regular bland dish. Everyone’s reviews about the hidden costs they don’t tell you about until it’s time to pay is so true. Definitely calculate the total yourself before paying as they do overcharge. First and last...

worst thing is normally the food is ok. Tonight ordered and got home to very hardly even hot lemon chicken but also really stringy chicken like it was tough older chicken and it wasn’t fresh and Luke warm sauce. Rice gluggy and not great. The bbq pork entree was not fresh either. Took me 70 mins to ring back to get through only to be told. Oh sorry next time we fix for you. And the pork is cooked fresh. It’s not fresh cause if it was it takes hours to make that pork.

They offered me nothing for being not great. The prices they charge are shocking but you’re prepared to pay for good quality and at least some respect.

That’s it for me just like all the other chinese shops in melton, none of them have respect...

The restaurant is freezing and the owner does not put on the heater. I have spoken to numerous customers as waited and they too have been told the phone does not work ( why has she not fixed it? I always come in to see it off the hook which is a real inconvenience).

Make sure if you eat in,that if you order a take away meal while you eat in to take home, she does not charge you the price for eat in meal as it is more expensive. Definitely confuses someone with her service.
