New Tea — Restaurant in Melbourne

Hi, im a regular customer in the newtea for 2 years, im very very disappointed on you guys now. You guys are always the best place to buy Brullee milk tea + no pearls, im never got any issues with you guys since the day i know, but few days ago, my boyfriend bought a same milk tea as usual, he so upset and angry to tell me that, A NEW STAFF took his order, the order should be Brulee Milktea, less sugar, no pearls BUT the staff gave him NOMARL MILK TEA WITH PEARL. Okay, this is the issue, he relised the milktea was wrong, so he came and told the NEW STAFF that wasn’t his order, and the NEWSTAFF asked him to pay another amount to get the one he wants. We dont mind to pay for it, if its our fault, BUT it’s serveral times THE NEW STAFF do like that. How come we can order wrong all the times when we always get only 1 kind of drink in your store. And we have wasted so much money to buy a second drink, this is make us very mad. When my boyfriend try to talk to other staff, they don’t even care about it. Guys, please. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to after my visit yesterday. The young man serving me in the evening was so polite and thoughtful—it really stood out compared to other bubble tea places I’ve been to. He even asked if the 1% credit card surcharge was okay, which I appreciated because most places don’t even bring it up anymore.

I got the Oolong tea with less ice and less sugar, and it was amazing! It actually tasted like real tea, not just sugar water, which was so refreshing. I also loved the little details, like how they give you the drink with the straw already in but keep the exposed part covered with the paper wrapper. It’s such a small thing, but it shows they really care about their service.

Everything about the experience was great, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly...

Hidden gem! Love everything Springvale! Been visiting this place since my childhood... Now a tradition in my family... Had a beautiful dinner night out and wife wanted something fresh and natural to drink.. heaps of smoothie and tea bars around but the majority don't use natural fruits and vegetables... Using a lot of artificial flavours and sweetener... This place uses actual fruit... unfortunately, Mango season is over. Ouch! so we went for beautiful Peach milk smoothie...
