I would highly recommend Sharetea - Springvale to my family and friends. After my nephew Ryan spoke to me about it I’ve become hooked and had over 150 and I’ve lost count. Their drinks are amazing. I normally get lychee milk tea with lychee jelly or lychee green tea with lychee jelly with less ice, normal sugar or mango iced crush with lychee jelly and cream top or 3j for my dad with my Sharetea card. A huge shout out to Anthony, Hong, Tina, Lyna, Lisa, May, Ethan and all the team members who have served me.
I remember there was one time when I went to buy a drink. I was holding groceries and my lychee milk tea with lychee jelly with less ice cup fell out of my hand onto the floor and I asked Hong to help me seal it back up and he quickly refilled my drink, wiped it down and sealed it for me. Read moreThis is probably one of my favourite Bubble Tea places, even though I never drank Bubble Tea in my life. The drink I ordered was the "Rose Green Tea Cherry Blossom". It had a great balance of sweetness with the tea. The tea is not bitter. The flavour of Cherry Blossom does not overpower the Green Tea. Presentation wise, it's pretty definitely like a rose. And the white pearls inside definitely don't catch your throat, so it's easier to drink. And blends well with the flavour and balance of the Green Tea. Service was on point. Servers knew how to order our drinks and give the drinks to us when they were ready. Even asked us if we wanted a bag. But we didn't need one, so we politely declined. Overall it's a great place to start if you want to get into Bubble Tea, because I had no idea what to drink, let alone which drink would be the right one. Although I love the drinks themselves and the time in which you are able to make them I was very displeased with the service from the girl on the register. She spoke in a very condescending tone and literally questioned my order with a "really?." Also she told me she could not put through my membership since it was on my phone eventhough it has not been a problem at other stores. I think perhaps this staff member needs to be trained to have basic manners when talking to customers or people in general.
