Told us phone order would be ready in 15 minutes, took 40 minutes instead. No orders were ever called out when ready, just put to the side. We were lined up inside waiting to hopefully see them finish a bag and read the receipt ourselves to find out if it was ours. So after about 50 minutes asked someone else other than the guy at the pickup counter and they had set our order not at the pickup counter but at the counter where you order…because it was a phone order as opposed to online where it’s already been paid for. But no one ever said anything, and multiple people just eventually went up to ask if one of the many bags being put to the side were there’s but they just weren’t being called out. Walked in, was not even acknowledged by Victoria standing behind the counter with ear phones in I then had to ask her if I could place my order wich frustrated her as she was folding boxes Wanted to change one item in my box for a vegetable with was too hard for her and I was happy to pay the extra Then wanted a drink after I had payed which wasn't a water or soft drink that came in a box meal and she refused to take an extra ONE doller so I could grab a juice What a joke Men preparing were lovely and efficient and prepared food without delay but can not say the same about Victoria who had the simplest job yet did not put cutlery in bag and to top it off she completely drowned the dim sims with soy sauce that it leaked all through into the bag One bad experience...

Absolutely massive portions for a chain take-out restaurant of this kind (1 Nasi Goreng has been 2 large meals which at under $20 is great value), the food is tasty and generally as advertised despite reviews of the contrary below.

Operating hours very good and deals are great value.

One star deducted as I have had drivers from delivery apps such as Doordash abuse me for ordering from this restaurant as they often have to wait 20-30 minutes past the estimated timeframe for the order to be ready. I've never seen another take-out place with such an issue, so seems like whoever is organising the delivery orders at this location needs to revise how they're queueing them in the system to prevent delivery drivers from having to wait so...
