Guys do yourself a favour and stay clear from this place. Worst customer service I have ever experienced- ordered the lunch special fried rice and satay chicken, received 90% fried rice 10% satay chicken, when I called to advise, the girl that picked up (unsure of her name) said she was really sorry, she didn’t offer me anything and I had to prompt her by saying ‘ Can I get a replacement or extra satay ‘ she said ‘ I will have to speak to my manager and ask her to call you by tomorrow as she’s not here now ‘

I called the next day in the afternoon. As I hadn’t heard anything, same girl picked up, she was rude this time saying ‘ I don’t know when she’s going to call you okay bye ‘ and hung up on me - wow great service l

Been over 2 weeks now and still no call - so clear to say they only care about money and not the customer - given they had my money already they weren’t interested in actually making the customer happy.

Because of that I no longer a customer of Noodle Corner at Tarneit and would strongly encourage you guys if you value good service and good food (as food isn’t that great anyway) there are heaps of other Asian cuisines locally - whatever you do DO NOT go here you will have the worst experience in the event things do not go as planned so ask yourself do you want to take that...

I called Sunday 19th Nov to make an order of 5 of their party specials for a family function for the next weekend on Sunday 26th Nov.

I found the man I spoke to very helpful with clear communication. He confirmed my order and date, informed me of their 5% discount if I paid in cash and stated I would receive a call at 11am on the 26th to re-confirm my order and that it would then be ready for pick-up at 11.30am.

On the 26th, I received no call at 11am so attempted to call them 5 times with no answer. We thought they were just busy cooking and couldn't answer the phone so my sister went to pick up my order. They were closed - had a sign on the door saying "closed till Nov 28"! They did not have the decency to inform me. I then had to run around and come up with a plan B 1.5hr before my relatives came over for our lunch function. It was very upsetting. Poor customer service, do...

I have never left a bad review for any venue, however it is unfortunate that Noodle Corner really peeved me here.

You guys do not have an option to add tofu (only vegetarian protein) to the create a meal option. The user is given the choice to add whatever meat they want or vegetarian option for the "create your meal" item. Tofu is not an option unless for an additional price. Tofu is also cheaper to add as "extra" than any other meat. I figured it was structural error and requested tofu be added to my vegetarian meals. The restaurant sent 2 meals, omitting tofu from both with a sticky note attached to say I have to pay more for tofu. It is disgraceful that you would make a vegetarian pay a premium when all you've done is send me a couple meals with zero protein.
