Thank you very much for the absolutely amazing and mouthwatering ice cream cakes made with such dedication and precision for my son’s birthday celebrations by the super friendly and talented staff at Ben & Jerry's Burwood Brickworks (Ice Cream Cakes & Scoop Shop). The dedicated staff headed by Rahul - owner and manager made our journey to have a basketball themed ice cream cake a reality. A week before, we were invited to attend the Ben & Jerry's Burwood Brickworks (Ice Cream Cakes & Scoop Shop) to taste the different flavours that were to make our cake. My son really got into tasting the flavours for his cake which he thoroughly enjoyed. He picked chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate fudge brownie. I placed orders for two cakes – one extra large and one medium for 27 children and their accompanying parents. Both cakes were well beyond our expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and volume. The extra-large cake was plenty to share with 27 children and their accompanying adults. There was enough cake for seconds from the extra-large cake and for some children who had third serves. I ordered a second medium size cake to be sure I didn’t run out at the party. The medium ice cream cake I got to bring back home as the extra-large ice cream cake was plenty for the birthday party attendees. This we are still enjoying at home. In addition, both cakes were home delivered by Rahul for a pre agreed reasonable fee. Overall the entire experience with these two ice cream cakes made by the dedicated and amazing staff headed by Rahul at Ben & Jerry's Burwood Brickworks (Ice Cream Cakes & Scoop Shop) was 5 stars and well beyond our expectations. Never have gone with a 'gourmet' type ice cream Birthday cake before, but decided to give it a go this year. Managed to find through Ben & Jerry's website that ice cream cakes are a thing, however admittedly the general website needs a bit of an overhaul is it's pretty clunky.

Not to worry, after selecting Ben & Jerry's Brickworks as the store, it led me to a mobile number, which then led me to Rahul.

Rahul's customer experience and service was second to none. Took me through the whole experience start to finish. Complemented by plenty of social media presence @benandjerrysburwood, lots and lots of pics that displayed the skill and creativity as evidence, made it simple for me to decide to go ahead.

Best part, the cake was needed on a 10am Saturday morning party. Was pleasantly surprised that Rahul had no problems with meeting me at the store well before opening to personally hand over the cake. What a Gentleman. Awesome experience!
