Firstly I want to personally thank the two workers Mohamed and Noah for giving spectacular customer service and meal preparation. They looked after me and my family of 4 with great team work within the group and a positive and happy smile within the two workers. Seriously whatever they are earning it isnāt enough. The attitude I encountered made me feel as though poor service and overcharging were an accepted part of the culture at this store. This is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards I expect from Oporto.
I strongly urge you to address the customer service issues at this location immediately ā whether through improved training, closer management oversight, or, if necessary, a complete change in the storeās approach.
