Mad Mex Highpoint — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered earlier, was super stoked to hear there was a madmex at highpoint, usually not from this area. however, was disappointed with the service. as soon as i walked in, i just wanted to have a look but i was being hurried, like seriously? there was no one behind me so i couldn't find any reason why i couldn't peacefully browse the menu board if i wasn't holding up a line. regardless, when i am ready to order, the bloke just walks away and started to talk to his mate. when he comes back he makes my order and the sizing was just off, small amount of brisket he could tell i was not happy by the look of my face so he offered if i wanted double meat to which i said yes to, and when i went to pay, he tells me the total is a whopping $21.50 !! for ONE burrito I didn't even get a combo or drink. then he proceeded to tell me I got extra meat and guacamole to which he did not state would cost me extra??? absolute scam, to top it off, the meat tasted burnt and there was chucks in my guacamole, not enjoyable and I will not be...

Order burrito bowl, cannot recall how much but gave the lady(looks like boss related staff) $20 something and she even said she will gives me $10.05 back, while i was searching for things in my bag, she gave me .05 cents instead, after i stepped out the store i instantly remembered she didn't give me my $10, when i approached her, her face turned to angry and abashed. When I was eating my food the employee Akhil (I knew his name because he abruptly asked me to leave a google review about mad Mex and mention him in it as my server) I heard him talking to the other male staff, saying disrespectful comments about the female employees working.
