SuperPark Highpoint — Attraction in Melbourne

The highlights : - Water refill tap - I was super delighted to find the drinking water refill available near cafe. Five star for this.

Cleanliness : Play area and the toilets were reasonably clean. Bins were located around the eating area. Five stars.

Variety of play equipments and areas : I rarely saw my kid coming back bored as there were variety of play equipments and play areas to stay entertained. That was five stars. My friend who came from the Eastern side of Melbourne travelling for an hour said she will be back with her other kid. That’s a bonus.

Feedback :- Location : Highpoint is pretty Big and finding super park was not easy for me. My navigator took me to the middle of the road at the intersection with address on google 😂.

I asked l staff members working in and around HighPoint stores and not many knew what or where Super Park is. One staff thankfully was able to tell me that it is located in level 1 near the toy shop.

Socks for supervising parents : Website recommended supervising parents need to buy a pair of socks and I did as I try and follow rules and paid $3.50 for it. When I asked the staff who was checking us in for the reason why we needed socks, he said it’s just a policy. However, the others were going everywhere in play area with their shoes on and no-one was stopping them…

Crowded : Went on a public holiday and place was crowded as expected. Some play area were hogged by few kids and my son complained he didn’t get to play there in the allocated two hours because of that and we paid $35.00 for two hours. Some staff to monitor this could fix this and make it fair for all kids.

Cafe - My coffee was okay. Chips were burnt and dry. Smoothie was overpriced and okay. The muffin was dry and too sweet for me but hungry kids did finish everything.

Overall, it was a fun experience. A bit overpriced and over crowded but still kids had a lot of fun. Hopefully, next time...

We had our son’s 8 birthday party here and every kid loved it absolutely! Our party host Aoife was very lovely and has a great help where needed. She was super professional and great with kids! There were couple of issues we had including the narrow party room for 19 kids and the food. The pizza was cold and hard within minutes. It would be much better if we can get food from outside, having so many food options nearby. Also, you are not allowed to stick anything to the walls, not even a blue tac, so the decorating options are pretty much restricted to helium balloons. The manager there was not very courteous and not as friendly as rest of the staff. The tongs were not given with food and we were told that it finished for the day with other parties and it very hard to serve food. Upon requesting again & again, tongs were made available, it really was a matter of not giving up from our end. They should have been more prepared. Kids had a ball in the play area as usual but as an adult putting up the party together, it was an okay experience as compared to other places I had my son’s birthday parties like Rabbit Hole & MOPA where my experience was much...

SuperPark Highpoint is an absolute gem for families! We recently visited and were blown away by the wide variety of activities and games designed to keep kids entertained for hours. The indoor playground is spacious, clean, and full of exciting equipment that caters to children of all ages.

SuperPark Highpoint is well-maintained, and there are plenty of seating areas for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones. The cafe offers a good selection of snacks and drinks, making it easy to spend a whole day there without needing to leave.
