Papa Nats Pizza Pasta & Grill — Restaurant in Melbourne

We ordered pizzas for the first time tonight & I can't say they were 'top notch' or 'best pizzas' in town..... Doubting the freshness of their ingredients, not to mention when ordering over the phone, they couldn't give us a time when our pizzas would be delivered..... When they arrived, they needed extra cooking.....Come on.... We will be ordering from these people as a last resort. Not great pizza. Just enough for someone who's hungry & doesn't...

This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered through UberEats and there’s never been an issue with delivery or taste. However, today’s order the pizza was literally bland. There was no taste to the base sauce, the pepperoni and the cheese. We ordered 3 different family pizzas and normally we would demolish it but there’s literally 2 pizza boxes of leftover pizza.

Has there been a change in food supplier or...

Not sure if under new management. Been awhile since ive been here for pizza. After so long I thought i'd give it another go. Looking at their website noticed a few good pick up deals.
