Mr Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

i am a regular here, but last week i was left very disappointed and angry that i had waited over 50 MINUTES for a chicken parma. I had pre ordered around 3.40pm and i had a message saying that it would be ready around 4pm. I had arrived at 4.05pm and left waiting as people had collected their food. i was the only one in the store and left sitting there for almost 1 hour while a worker was on his phone and had asked his mate if the food was done. but they said 10-15 minutes. this was a lie and that i had been waiting over 40 minutes. as soon they had the food ready i was really angry that no food should take up to 1 hour long. as i was ready to head out he told me that it will be the best parma but it turned out mid. also i never received any compensation for the hour long wait. NO ONE should be waiting...

Mate, if I could give them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️🌟🌟 I absolutely would.

First of all, easily one of the best if not the best pizza in Melbourne (make sure you try the bbq chicken and the meat-lovers).

Secondly, the prices are very affordable in comparison to other pizza shops. This is even after their recent price rise due to cost of living.

Thirdly, the owner and the staff are so nice. Absolutely lovely customer service. Even the owners mum is very nice and always smiling when I am ordering.

Overall, if you want good customer service, great prices and even better food. This is the joint to get it at.

I have been coming here since I was 10 years old, quality has never changed. I have lived interstate for years and come back and still the same quality and taste, best pizza in Australia and I have had more then most people will have in their lifetime. They definately have the best pizza sauce recipe, always fresh ingredients and follow instructions relatively well.
