Pho Heaven — Restaurant in Melbourne

Pho is pretty average, and it is overpriced. I've tried a lot of pho restaurants in Melbourne, and this one is very ordinary and nothing special. Other pho restaurants will give larger portions for $15 and the broth is much tastier. After reading all the reviews, obviously the owner is overconfident and very narrow-minded, or let me say vindictive. He is intolerant of bad reviews and becomes aggressive towards customers who give genuine bad reviews.

The extremely ordinary food, the above average prices and the low self-esteem of the owner, who is easily offended and likes to ridicule the customers, make this restaurant look very poor.

I'm sure the owner would be the first to rebut my bad review as his low self-esteem makes him easily irritated, but just let me as a customer say, the pho is really just average, and it is a bit pricey.

Your hostile attitude towards customers who leave bad reviews reflects the unfairness of your life experience; having someone say no to you will provoke a great deal of anger because you have not been treated well in your early years. So just find a way blame the customers to satisfy your low self-esteem with a cocky comeback. And I am sure I am not welcome to visit your restaurant again😥. Just Blame me and say your pho is number 1 in Melbourne 😄

No wonder the owner would say again “your review is false”. Anyone don’t like their pho become guilty person, and he must “correct” customers. Thank you for letting me to show my true colour to tell how aggressive the owners are, I should have bring my friends to try your pho so you could receive more than 2 bad reviews. Being a customer, Not only do I despise bad restaurants with my keyboard online, I do so in real life, just as the owner hate customers who give you bad reviews, regardless of whether they are online or offline. So let me share my experience and I will continue to make contributions to local communities.

The food is delicious but the service was not great. I unfortunately had to wait over an hour yesterday for my take away order. I understand times are hard at the moment for small businesses particularly with staffing, my issue isn't that it took a long time but it was the poor communication. The Pho Heaven online order section said pick up take away orders will take up to 25 mins to be ready (maximum). I turn up 30 mins after ordering and it hasn't been started. I can see they're busy so I ask the woman behind the counter how long do they think it will be approximately (I had my toddler waiting at home with my husband and was wondering if we should just feed him something else) and I'm told 10 mins and to please wait outside and I will be called on my mobile when it's ready. I wait outside and another 30 mins passes so I head back inside to check. Turns out my food has just been sitting there and he man behind the counter says "I couldn't see you so it's been here (he refers to the other ppl waiting inside)" to which I respond "I was asked to wait outside and told I would be called on the mobile when my food was ready, I've been waiting ages." Short review: long wait time to order long wait time to be served food dont come here if your expecting to be served in a timely manner. avoid even if you have the patience of a saint, because you wont come back to heaven after this.

Long review Pho heaven is a nice little place that i can always expect two things. Long wait to take an order and a longer wait to receive food. This was the second time we’ve ordered and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

It’s a shame because we ordered online and food was being brought out to those who ordered after me. Whilst i waited in the venue. Just to clarify: people who ordered in the restaurant got their order before me.

You know you’ve been waiting a while when your looking around and others have the ‘im waiting to order/for my food’ face. Oh you too? We have that in common along with everyone else. Everything is just ‘5 minutes’ from being brought out.
