Adding a patty and some chips was a stroke of genius, as it elevated the burger to new heights. A rather disappointing experience today. I went to have some food and coffee to this place after hearing good feedback from my friends. It started with waiting for a table and to get acknowledged! After few minutes, nothing. I could see few staff members chatting away and having a laugh without being attentive to the front house. The restaurant wasn’t that busy at the time I visited. So, lack of service. Then someone comes and I get to sit at table 1. The gentleman gives me a menu and water and then he forgets about me. I had to ask another staff member to take my order because I was keep waiting to order! My food comes, it was nothing extraordinary but it wasn’t bad either. Then my coffee arrives and they have no sugar on the table and the server didn’t bother asking if I needed any. So I was waiting to get attention from a team member and I got the same gentleman from earlier! I politely asked for some sugar for my coffee and then he forgets ! So I had to get up to the service counter and get some sugar for my coffee! I know I’m complaining about little things but if you want to run a restaurant and have customers to have pleasant experience, you will need to train your staff members to learn how to provide good customer service. It was quite disappointing today to be honest! The gentleman in charge seems to be the manager/owner and the staff members were some young guys on the floor today. It wasn’t busy at the time of my visit at around 1.30 pm, Monday the 23rd. I could see how the manager/owner was being so friendly and chatty to his regulars though!!! Girls behind the counter could learn some manners and smile a bit...

Had an extremely disappointing experience at this cafe today. Another customer made an offensive gesture toward me (gave me the finger), and when I brought it to the staff's attention, I expected at least a basic acknowledgment or even just an "Are you ok" when the customer approached me and I asked him to piss off. Instead, they not only failed to address the situation but actually gave the customer a thumbs up as they gave him his coffee. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior by the cafe.

Even though I had an altercation with the customer OUTSIDE the cafe, I did not carry on inside and totally ignored the guy. But once the other customer gestured at me I assumed telling the cafe would deter him yet he still approached me inside and literally had his face in mine trying to speak to me.

Customer service is not just about serving coffee; it's about creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Sadly, that was not my experience here today even though the food is good. Had I have been alone I would have walked out, but I had a guest and did not want to ruin her morning. I hope the management takes incidents like this more seriously in the future and I hope the other customers' $5 coffee was worth upsetting 2 female customers.

No matter your take on this, the least that could have been done was a check in by staff or owner as the gesture was made in your cafe regardless of what happened outside. I spent close to an hour and a half here , the cafe had ample time to...
