Ordered a single large pizza and one serve of ribs through UberEats at around 6.40pm. Had never eaten here before, but since the delivery time was only 25 minutes and I was hungry, I thought I'd try. I ended up having to call at 7.35pm (after repeatedly asking for an updated ETA through Uber the past twenty minutes) to get an update on where the food wasâ Uber said it was still "being prepared", but I figured this must be inaccurate. Nope. The man I spoke to confirmed that Uber was correct; despite almost an entire hour having passed, the food was indeed still being prepared, and it would be "another 15 minutes". When questioned on what had taken so long, the answer was "well, it will take another 5, 7, or 8 minutes to finish... and then there is the drive". 15 minutes later, at 7.50, the food still had not arrived. I ended up calling back at 8pm to ask where the food was. I was told that it should be there any minuteâ no apology was offered. I again asked what was taking so long. The answer? "Well... it's raining, so things are taking a bit longer". What? As far as I'm aware, the rain does not cause a single pizza and a single serving of ribs to take over an hour to finish cooking. That is a ridiculous excuse. Even more ridiculous is that the point at which the store chose to apologise was after I stated that the rain does not affect cooking times. Ten minutes later I (finally) got the foodâ a whopping hour and a half after I ordered it. The delivery driver apologised the food was "a bit late", and I get that it's probably not his fault, but an hour and a half is not 'a bit late'. The food itself was okayâ somewhat akin to a Domino's quality pizza. But for $44? When it's an hour and a half late and served alongside a piss-poor attempt at an apology? Disgusting. I will not be eating from here again, and I HIGHLY recommend others avoid it as well. I will be fighting...
Read morePizza 99 Delights truly lives up to its name! The pizza here was absolutely delicious â cooked perfectly with a crust that strikes the ideal balance: not too thin, not too thick, just right. The toppings were generous and well-balanced, making every bite satisfying.
I grabbed their Express Deal, which was great value and even let me choose any pizza on the menu â a rare find! On top of that, they offer Lebanese baked goods, which I also tried and enjoyed. It's a unique touch that sets them apart from the average pizzeria and adds something special to the experience.
Highly recommend for a quality takeaway pizza fix with great deals and a little extra variety on...

I showed it to the owner but he just replaced it. I donât know how long ago the mint sauce was prepared?? Hope my friend doesnât have to go to hospital. Wonât recommend it to anyone nor...
