Terrible quality of food and even worse customer service. Called the store for a refund for an order I'd placed due to the extremely poor quality of food and got berated for asking for a refund (I ordered a deal for 3 pizzas and 3 sides and the manager tried to argue that the cost of the 3 pizzas only came to half the price of the order). After about 20 minutes of arguing (on his end) I was offered a partial refund at most while being shouted at, talked to in a condescending manner and rudely told to never show up to their store again. This was all while I calmly asked him multiple times to show the same respect I was showing by not raising his voice and trying to sort it out in a respectful manner.
I was then contacted by the district manager the next day who seemed very polite and apologetic on the phone who said he would get back to me about the issue the next day. They then proceed to not contact me again and go ahead and process a refund for half the fee.
While the partial refund isn't the worst outcome, this is quite literally the last thing I want for having to waste more than 45 minutes on such a trivial issue. To be shouted and laughed at, talked to like I was stupid and have to literally haggle with the manager for a refund due to an order they couldn't fulfil to a high standard is simply mind boggling. I would definitely recommend other competitors in this instance as this is simply unacceptable for such a large pizza chain.

Read moreEither there was a system issue or this store was incapable of keeping up with online orders. Multiple online orders were not fulfilled at the time specified. My order was 40 minutes delayed due to my order went missing. Luckily I enquired about my order after waiting 20 minutes beyond the specified pickup time. They couldn't find my order and they had to make new ones. I was rudely told that because they had a lot of orders so I had to wait for my pizzas. My order should jump the queue. Street parking outside the store was only for 30 minutes so luckily I didn't get a ticket. I finally got my pizza and it was not good quality pizza even at pizza hut standards.
Worst of all, I filled in a survey for this order and requested a call back. No one has reached out to me from pizza hut HQ so far. The survey was via a special link so my feedback would not have been seen as an unsolicited spam. So I will go back to Domino's and I recommend you...

I went to shop to get our order as my husband was working from home. The staff told me I could only get one because of the orders were using coupons.
I explained to them the orders were seperate, the staff became very aggressive, refused to give me the rest of my order, told me to leave, and accused me for locking the door?
I asked them for the promotion code back if they were not honouring it. They were very dismissive and said they couldn't because I did not spend any money.
I asked them to treat me with respect, especially I had my 7 yo kid with me and they said this was the service I deserved for redeeming free pizzas.
