VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would give them less than one star for FALSE ADVERTISING, OVER PRICED PRODUCTS and TERRIBLE COOKING. I will NEVER SPEND MONEY here again. I ordered a large Battered Fries but I got a Large Chips instead which were a little bit hard and under cooked and they didn't even have a descent amount of salt on them. TASTELESS! I ordered 8 Chicken Wings according to their menu inside their store, but I recieved 5 Chicken Tenders for the same price and the Tenders were very over cooked, poorly seasoned and very dry. I ordered 2 burgers and asked for extra sauce in both of them, the beef patties were burnt in both burgers, there was a very very small amount of sauce in both of the burgers and in The Big Kahuna Burger the Chicken Schnitzel was over cooked and dry and you could tell the quality of the Chicken Schnitzel was a very poor quality (cheap and nasty). BURNT, as in BLACK. OVER COOKED, as in BLACK. I ordered a Peanut Buscotch THICKSHAKE which was more lunch a milkshake due to it's running consistency and for $12.95 the size of the drink was small. For a thickshake for $12.95, in a small cup, you would think that they could atleast use real peanut butter and not peanut butter flavouring, what cheap, tight arsers. POUNDERS just want to SKIMP on QUALITY and QUANTITY, and over charge to maximise their profits. I spent $72.30 on food and a beverage which 90% of it was DISGUSTING TO EAT. Third time in a row this place has stuffed up our orders. Won’t get a forth chance to screw us round.

First time placed an online pick up order, arrived on time and told they hadn’t seen the order, but said they could have it ready on 20mins. 20 later and they still hadn’t started it, but said if we go home they will deliver in 20mins. An hour 20 later the order finally arrived cold. Not happy, but gave them another go.

Second time placed another online pick up order. Same thing, arrived on time and told they hadn’t seen the order. Had to wait another 25 minutes with kids in the car. Got home and they hadn’t made any of the alterations we’d asked for with the kids burgers. Kids not happy.

Third time tonight, thought we’d learnt our lesson and placed a phone pick up order at 9pm. Got told 20mins and arrived right on time. Walked in and tried to pay and collect. First guy had no idea and ran off and sent a second guy out. Despite telling him I’d just called he kept asking what the order was under, was it an online order or had I called their other store. He even called their other store and was of course told they didn’t have my order. Told them not too bother. How can you completely lose and have no recollection a phone order in 20 minutes when only two other people went into the store?

Really Disappointed with service We ordered Cheese Chili Loaded Fries (Vegetarian) on Uber Eats for pick up but when we picked it up and opened the box, we found beef in it even though we clearly ordered the vegetarian option. We're vegetarians, so this was really upsetting.

We went back to the restaurant and told them, and they said they’d make a new one. We waited for 15–20 minutes, and every time we asked, they kept saying, “It’s in the oven”.

But as soon as we said we wanted to cancel the order, they suddenly handed us the fries within seconds. Just a few seconds before that, they said it was still being prepared — so how did it magically appear?

While we were waiting, someone did ask us a couple of times if we wanted something like a drink, but we had already said no. Still, after all this trouble, they didn’t offer us anything complimentary or say sorry properly. No refund, no drink, no extra item nothing.
