Pizza Hut Patterson Lakes — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered online 3+3 meal (3 pizzas, 3 sides) for delivery at 11:55am. I was watching the online tracking and it was ready in store from approximately 12:14pm. The order didn't arrive UNTIL 12:55pm. I attempted to call the store TWICE and it went to their voicemail both times. It was finally delivered by an Uber driver, who told me the store admitted they had NO delivery drivers AND made them wait 15 minutes for no reason. The Uber driver also said they told him they only booked him for 1 item instead of 6, and TOLD him it was so they didn't pay as much. Why didn't the store CALL me to tell me? I live down the road, 5 minutes away. I thought I'd save the time and relax at home for the cost of $3. Now the food is not fresh or hot, and in fact bordering on cold. Looking at the pizzas and they have massive crusts with far less toppings. I will NEVER shop from this store again. What absolutely...

Firstly I tried to call the store no one answered the phone as when I order online the order is never what I want. So I ordered pizza online and in the special requirements comment box I mentioned that I need thin crust. When I went to pick up , the pizza given to me was pan crust, when I asked the-staff member she was quiet rude and said we are too busy to read the special requirements and said I should have chosen the thin crust, all I expected the staff to be polite and say she also did not read the instructions. Why do you as an organisation have a box for special requests or instructions if your staff do not read. Very disappointing service.

Ordered 3 pizzas on line at 3.52pm for a scheduled delivery at 6.15pm. Checked tracking at 6.25pm which said it had been delivered. Called 131166. On each occasion the automated system said the order had been delivered and diverted me to the store. First 3 occasions no answer. Final time answered by female who told me they were too busy to get it to me on time so they pushed the delivered button and that it would be delivered in 30 minutes. Despite ordering over 2 hours early the pizza arrived one hour late. Clearly a poorly managed and organised store. Will not be using Pizza Hut again. Will use Domino’s or any pizza shop...
