Port Phillip Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

I have had so many anverage experiences with this pizza shop that past 6 months(late covert, burnt pizza, wrong order) but tonight topped it off. I ordered at 6:15pm for delivery and was told it would be 50 minutes. 1 hour, 15 minutes later I called to check and was told it left 5 minutes ago. The I get a very aggressive call from the pizza store at 7:38pm saying we had an order for pick up and now it was cold they would have to make new ones and it would be half hour atleast got delivery. I was furious as i had called 29 minutes prior to check in our delivery and was told it was 5 minutes away. We had children waiting for dinner but agreed to wait to half hour. Pizza finally arrived at 8:10pm but I then I was told that I had to call the store to organise payment via card as the drive didn’t has the pre arranged card payment system. Sad to say no more from Port Phillip Pizza.. I ordered my pizza from them for years, but it seems it's that final bad experience.. Called for a delivery, 1 medium Mexicana + 1 can of coke.. I was told the price would be $23.50 including delivery.. I live within a walking distance, so, I asked how much is the delivery fee and I was told it's $6.. You would immediately assume that the price my order would be $17.50.. The website said the price would be $15.50.. So, I asked about that and was told that they put their prices up by 10% but hadn't had the chance to update their website (which anyway does not add up to the price he gave me).. What have you guys done? Use to be the best pizza in the South. Ordered the gourmet seafood pizza and it was full of canned seafood and not that much of it. It was always full of fresh seafood (or looked more like real) with big tasty pieces. Now it compiled with crap Asian tin food. Sorry about this review, but you deserve it by taking short cuts. Put your price up if need be and bring back the nice tasty pizza I have been enjoying for the last past 10 years. Remember, you have a lot of competition and quality is everything, not price. P.S.
