I placed an order at 11:40 PM on October 9th for three large pizzas through Menulog. Initially, I canceled the order because of the long wait time and uncertainty about whether Pizza Hut was still cooking that late at night (Within their operating hours).
Called Menulog support, with them now claiming that the food preparation had already started, but this information wasn’t shown on their app, so there was no way for me to know. If I had been notified that Pizza Hut had started preparing the order, I wouldn’t have canceled in the first place, and within the Menulog app, I wouldn't be able to cancel...
What’s more frustrating is that I can’t claim a refund due to Pizza Hut’s new 100% refund policy, which seems unfair to customers. Even when no food was delivered or being made, they still charge for it, and this policy isn’t clearly communicated to customers.
Had I received an update confirming the food was being prepared, I would have remained a loyal customer instead of dealing with this frustrating situation. I’m really disappointed with this new policy introduced.
Please let the late night staff know that, its actually important to let the customers know the food has started preparation!!!! $40 is a lot in the current economy, unfortunately I can no longer...

And the funny thing is when u walk into there store there always dead your lucky to see one person in there.
I’ve ordered online quite a few times and unfortunately on uber doesn’t give u the option to change things so when u try to call it’s like forget expecting an answer. The only person that seems to pick up the phone is the lady that works there and that’s it.
As for the food when I get it I have to say it’s always cooked great and everything seems pretty fresh. But when I have ordered online and got delivery more then once I’ve been missing my sides a few times my large chips and a few times my garlic bread.
I think with this store you’re better going in person to order don’t attempt calling online for pick up cause it’s a joke.
The staff I’ve dealt with there seem ok the lady is the best one by far especially with actually picking up the phone.

They gave me a call and told me sorry we can’t deliver as the kitchen closed and the system is closed but we will place a refund early in the morning I asked him to leave a note for the next staff. Guess what? They don’t pick up my phone calls till today and they didn’t issue a refund and when I talked to the call center of pizza hut. They didn’t respond to them. I returned to Pizza Hut Mill Park to prove my transaction after the call center failed to contact the branch. In person, they unnecessarily verified my order before agreeing to issue a refund. The branch manager wasn’t there, and staff claimed they were “working as a team,” operating on a “trust me, brother” mentality.
