I truly cannot understand the 4.6-star reviews. Based on our experience, this was some of the blandest, most inauthentic, and overpriced Thai food I’ve ever encountered. I rarely feel compelled to complain at a restaurant, but in this case, I had to speak up to the manager. While she was apologetic, nothing more was done.
There were zero Thai ingredients or flavors in the calamari, seafood rolls, or fried rice. We ordered a small selection, thankfully, as we sensed the food quality was going to be subpar, and we were right.
The portions were tiny, the food lacked any flavor, let alone Thai flavor, and it simply didn’t justify the premium pricing compared to far better Thai restaurants in the area.
A word of caution about their EatClub promotion: Although they advertise a 25% discount, the in-store prices are 25–35% higher than those shown on the app. This makes the deal feel misleading at best, and dishonest at worst. When I raised this, the manager said prices had changed on July 1st, over three weeks prior. It’s the business's responsibility to update third-party platforms to prevent customer frustration and distrust.
On the positive side: the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were pleasant, but this can not be considered a redeeming feature.
With so many great Thai options nearby, I can’t recommend this place. Sorry, but we...
Read moreWe pre-ordered our food via email and booked our table for 10 people. Not only did the restaurant not read the email, but they also claimed that we hadn't sent it. We proved that we had.
We waited an hour and a half for food, with two dishes taking even longer. When we followed up, they said it was coming and upon asking AGAIN, the staff claimed that we hadn't ordered a dish (using the email, we proved we had). He then said that they no longer serve this dish. Showing that he was clearly lying, and the dish was in fact not on its way and they hadn't began cooking it.
My friend then ordered another vegetarian dish (two hours later) and a dish with prawns (clearly not vegetarian) came out instead. She had to order AGAIN her vegetarian dish. The dish finally came out, it was clearly cooked quickly as the vegetables were not chopped or cooked.
We BYO-ed a bottle of wine and had to wait half an hour for glasses. The restaurant had the cheek to ask my friend to pay for her meal... after she had waited over two hours and received the wrong dish.
Not only was the service bad, but the staff lied (several times) and blamed the customer. I won't be going here again and will be encouraging others the same. The food was average and expensive on top of inexcusable service.
I would give zero...

What we had:
Rhaan Sing bone wings, Crispy seafood net spring rolls, Siam beef salad, Classic Tom yum prawn curry, Crispy chicken cashew king, Thai jasmine rice, Pandan coconut rice, Thai coconut icecream with grilled bread and toasted peanut and milk.
Rhaan mango sticky rice cocktail, Mai tai cocktail
Hard to pick favourites but yes that Tom yum prawn curry and the cashew king crispy chicken were my absolute favourites and it went so well with the fragrant pandan coconut rice. Must try. So flavourful it was.
The cocktails were super refreshing and the dessert was absolutely decadent and delicious. Also that salad with beef was fresh and yummy. Highly recommend. Loved the crispy wings couldn’t get enough of it and very addictive too.
The staff are such wonderful and lovely folks and the service is very prompt and attentive. This budget friendly feast is totally a value for money that you...
