Oh dear, where to start.
Mum and I dined in for lunch this afternoon and should have just kept walking.
We hadn't eaten at this location before, even though we live in the area, but figured we were out and it was lunch time so why not. Why not indeed.
The girl that served me was lovely enough but gave me completely wrong information. I ordered 1 Parma and 1 Schnitzel. These, I was told, come with chips and salad. When she told me there were 4 different sizes of the chips, I was surprised as I had no idea. She said, "Do you just want the regular?" and I agreed, believing it was the 'usual' size chips a meal comes with that I remember.
Well, apparently not. I was charged for each item. $1.10 for each regular chips and $5.00 for each salad. Are you bloody kidding me?? If you have a meal that COMES WITH chips AND salad then you don't charge people for those.
In addition, when we sat down to wait for our food (with music blaring far too loudly) I noticed behind Mum (where they 'cook') that there were a pile of schnitzel's and parmas, ready to be plated.
Umm, since when did Schnitz start pre-cooking food? As far as I remember, it was always cooked to order. Clearly the Owner/Manager of this location runs it like a McDonald's.
I specifically told a waitress that we did NOT want already-made chicken and we want it made to order. Well, we got the 'old' chickens and mine was even overcooked. Mum's schnitzel was dry and not very palatable either but mine had black bits around the edges.
I asked a male staff member, who didn't listen to a word I said to him, that I'd like a FRESH parma made and to leave the chips on the plate, that I don't want fresh ones (I had a few left). I told Mum that I bet he will bring me a plate with chicken and more chips. Sure enough, that's what I got.
However, what I also got was yet ANOTHER overcooked and burnt chicken. It's not that hard to cook chicken. Really. It's not. For me, it's not. For this place, it clearly is.
Our salads were also ON the plate, not on the side, which we specifically asked for. And they weren't dressed. No salt, no dressing, nothing.
To the Manager/Owner of the store: Your staff are only as good as you train them. They are only as good as you set the standard. Clearly you don't give a crap about any of it or you wouldn't run the place as you do. I'm surprised you get as many customers as you do.
Anyhow, we won't be returning, even for a refund that you owe me for your staff member (who is lovely) who told me the wrong things.

Had several different phone calls from 2 different people at the stores with different stories about what was happening/happened and than what they were going to do and what was going to happen with my refund and I'm still waiting....I called again today to ask what the go was as I'd heard nothing regarding this issue and was told she would call the manager and call me back . Have not heard a word since. How hard is it to issue a refund for an order i never received? You even cancelled the order! I may now be short on my rent this week as we had to go purchase food elsewhere therefore spending more than we intended! Very much not happy! And the purchase was made via your online order form! Read moreMy partner ordered the meal from a young lady working there on 30/05/17 around 5.50pm. We ordered takeaway she gave the bag to my Partner and my partner asked "is this the order for Lauren?". With a quick reply of "it's definitely yours!". My girlfriend drove home 15minute back home. We checked the order and it wasn't ours. Rang them up the same girl that was on the register answered saying we took the wrong order(blaming the fault on us). We drove back. A different girl was at the register and we could clearly see all the other employees at the rear of the shop chatting including the staff member who confused our order up. We told the staff member at the desk of what happened and the manager was called out. The manager said they had a lady waiting for her order which we took home (blaming responsiblity of the order process once again on our heads). We told her that her staff member said it was ours.
