I have had a business account with these guys for five years. Although in the past they were helpful, when my card expired the card was sent to the wrong address. When I called them they informed me of this, and said they could send it out to an updated address. It still didn’t come. After yet another call, I was told by someone else they weren’t actually able to apply for the card to be sent out and I had to do this via the app. I did so, and still no card. I called them this morning asking what was happening and was told by yet another person that the address had not been actually updated, and that in order to do that I could call a number accessible via the app. After calling that number I was informed by someone else that they weren’t in fact able to do that and gave me a long form number to print off and fill out and then take down to the branch. Came into this branch after trying to sort out my son’s Commonwealth Bank account in the shopping center and having no luck, and being told I would need to wait in excess of and hour.

Walked into this branch and had my son’s account opened, and functioning 15 mins later. We WILL be closing my son’s CBA account.
