Updated review* There I was jonesing for my cheesy chicken nugget hit when I remember this review and my commendation about their 10.30pm closing time. What a good thing right?

So there i was rushed to get there 10.10 walking towards the door, I see the staff member walking towards the door too, while talking on her phone... she looks at me, sees my desire, my wanting for that special deep fried goodness AND flicks the door locked, looks at me again as I stand gobsmacked 4 feet from the door then turns her back and walks off still on her phone.

I refuse to give up on this ques, run back to the car and race into the drive through whereI sit at the speaker waiting to order for another few minutes when a voice finally screeches through I hear laughing and half a conversation.... SHE IS STILL ON THE PHONE NOW TAKING DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS! I get a cold reception and my nuggets... but the effort I went through to achieve this and the clear lack of service I received have dragged this place low on my reliable snack sources... this is poor form and if you are paid to stay open until 10.30 you better damn well be open until then especially if a customer is walking into your doors...

People were friendly my cheesy chicken nuggets were amazing as always and they are open...

Had a couple of bad experiences with food ordering. 3 weeks ago I went through drive thru to be told we are still cooking the chicken it's 30 minutes away. This was extremely weird as I have never heard this from a Drive Thru and we left. This was around 12.20pm ( lunchtime). Went back home and thought I really want to try this fried chicken hence drove back around 12.50pm. Big mistake. Again went through Drive Thru and asked for fried chicken the girl says give me a second and say " we just put the chicken to cook its 45 minutes away" I was so shocked I said " are you serious " and I was told yes. I have never had a joke like this. To be frank this explains why Red Rooster is so far behind its competitors. After addressing this with the store I had a call from a manager who offered me coupons. I politely advised her that I do not need any coupons.

I thought I will give this a go this weekend. At least this time the wait was only 11 minutes. The fried Chicken did live up to the hype...

My experience of Red Rooster Clyde Road Berwick was a total surprise to me. Firstly I ordered on line and when I arrived to pick up my order it wasn't ready, in-fact they hadn't even started my order. I showed them the order No and they immediately put together my order. Now the problem was... It was all my fault, I accidently put the order in at the wrong store, the guys at Clyde road Berwick didn't say a word, they completed my order quickly and efficiently and got me on my way in no time. Many thanks to the manager and staff. I ordered the Fried chicken pack for the very first time and totally enjoyed Red Roosters New Fried Chicken, it isn't as oily as the opposition and the Coleslaw is also much muck better. I noticed that Red Rooster now sport a combo meal which has the combination of fried and roast chicken. Something for everyone. I'm definitely going back . High praise to...
