The first time I attended Taco Bell Berwick I went for a drive through to be told that I couldnât order because the power has gone out so I decide to give Taco Bell a second chance⌠Hereâs when things get worse I went to taco bell today .. originally they got my order wrong I had to go back because they missed the chips then after asking a staff member to clean the tables because they were all covered by food I finally sat down with my friend to eat our food which we didnât even get to eat more than two chips before having to throw them in the bin they tasted like they were old they tasted reheated I worked in fast food for my first job and they tasted identical to when you leave chips to defrost and reheat them in the deep fryer after they have already cooked it was disgusting so I chucked it in the bin so did my friend and many other people in the store I noticed they were not crunchy or fresh then I had the bass burrito I love burritos I go to Guzmanâs and many other local burrito places all the time so I was excited to then be disappointed when the burrito was basically 80% sauce literally hardly any meat or rice half empty and filled with the sauces to fill up the burrito it was so soggy I didnât even finish that so after paying I think it was $13 for my lunch I couldnât even finish a single item but I will give you credit where itâs deserved the free refills are very welcomed and appreciated my friend had chicken with her food and that was so dry she couldnât finish yours either and literally took her like 2:58 minutes to chew after eat bite⌠iâm really excited for Taco Bell to grow in Australia I hope you guys can learn from this complaint kind regards...
   Read moreWorst experience ever at a food chain business. No wonder they have rubbish ratings here. Went in for a drive thru order for the first time, note that this is first time taco bell experience in Australia. Order a burrito, crispy chicken double taco and single taco vegetarian with a meal upgrade to large and a water bottle. Apparently we had a missing burrito in the order but we were now 15km away from the location.
When i called them for a refund they said you have to come now and there was no option to get this refunded in next few days when i could possibly come back. The guy on the call started talking over in a rude tone that you have to come today only otherwise we canât do anything although initially I was polite with them asking what can be done. And all this for no fault of mine.
Irony is these folks had no customer and completely empty when we were in the drive thru and they couldnât even put one order properly. On top of this no apologies and a rude tone. I mean, I donât care about the money its just $8 for the missing burrito but itâs ridiculous to see such behaviour. They could literally have offered to get the burrito anytime on my next visit even if the refund doesnât work on the following day. Iâm pretty sure that I wouldnât have gone back because apart from the water bottle everything was a soggy mess of whatever I got in my order.

   Read moreWent through Drive thru tonight. When I got to the window, I questioned the order cause the price that was said on the speaker sounded expensive. Turned out they accidentally put 4 orders through rather than 3. Then the girl asked me to pay for all 4 meals and she'd refund me the 4th meal in cash. I thought this was strange but stupidly agreed. After I tapped my card, she said she had to get her manager to open the till to refund me. When her manager came to the window she asked if I prefer a cash refund or the money put back on my card. I said whatever is easier. She handed me the eftpos machine and asked me to tap my card again and put in my pin and the money will be refunded to my card. I was not given a receipt and before I knew it, the 3 meals i had ordered, were handed to me and the manager had left the window. I got home and checked my account. The payment for 4 meals has been taken out and the so called refund has not been refunded. I feel cheated, and stupid that I didn't ask for a receipt. The more I think of it, why didn't they cancel the order that was wrong and put the right order back into the computer before I paid? I admit I have been dooped, but I am extremely disappointed a big chain like taco bell have done this. I think your staff needs more training. I won't be going back to...
