Red Rooster Cranbourne North — Restaurant in Melbourne

Decided on Red Rooster on the way home from football training with my son 26/3/15. It was raining and nearly slipped on the pavers at the front door. We were the only customers in the store, other customers didn't brave the rain and went thru the drivethru....we made the effort to go into the store. We stood there for over 5 minutes. During this time the girl behind the counter looked at us a few times, but never actually acknowledged us. The manager walked out the front, looked at the orders on the screen for the drive thru, barked orders at the staff out the back to prepare orders, looked at us and still did not acknowledge our presence. We lost patience with being ignored and left. Rung by someone from Red Rooster 5 days later, apologised for taking 5 days to ring, not for being ignored, said they looked at the video and had identified the staff, offered a massive 10% discount...sorry customer service is driven by managers down, pretty poor if the manager doesn't get it.....never again am I willing to enter a Red Rooster to be treated...

I ordered online and I then called them to ask for everything to be freshly made and with extra chicken salt on everything- I spoke to a man on the phone he assured me it will be fresh with extra chicken salt.

I received my order- all of it was cold, soggy, no salt at all and what looked like chicken stuffing on my onion rings and chips boxes. The boxes had fingerprints on them. My garlic bread was cold like it hadn't even been warmed up at all, the onion rings were cold and rock hard like they were yesterdays left overs, and the chips were gross, cold and soggy with no salt at all. I order 2 family sized fries along with a large onion rings and a garlic roll and unfortunately none of it was good.

Sloppy work by the staff at the Cranbourne North Red Rooster and I will 100% never order there again. Sloppy, dirty and lazy work. Not a...

The worst red rooster experience I’ve ever had. I’ve requested for fresh food because I am pregnant, I ordered chicken chips & gravy. The chicken, chips and gravy was served cold. The food looks like it was sitting there since the morning. They clearly don’t care about customer service & quality of food. They are just being lazy! I had to come back and ask for fresh again, they only replaced the chips but the chips was still not fresh. The chicken was so dry & the gravy was so cold. They were rushing their food service and the manager doesn’t care about food standards. I spent money on this meal & got served bad food. I will never come back to this red...
