It's was a 50/50 here most times, but now its getting ridiculous. They either forget you items or put on that much sauce that it's inedible. But generally staff are always friendly and willing to fix their mistakes Today I asked for a flavour wrap with just the sauce and chicken, but the took it apon themselves to put in the honey sauce for some messed up reason. They don't come with honey, nor did I ask for it. Wasted food, time and fuel. Today Last time I go there. Place wasn't even packed at lunch time and I can see why. Staff are just time fillers and have no lover or respect for the job or customers. New range of chicken is better quality but service has dropped massively. Order no. 4127856 Made a delivery order today which never arrived. Tried to call numerous times but after one hour with no update or response I decided to leave feedback on the order through the app. Once the review was submitted the store called back and informed me the order was now all of a sudden ready. I then decided to go pick the order up myself and was ensured the order was freshly made and all accurate. After arriving home I realised the store had forgotten an item on the order. After calling and informing them they tried to blame it on doordash, despite ordering through red rooster app directly.
