Purchased a takeaway coffee today, advertised at $3.90 on their menu. I was charged $4. When I asked if their prices have gone up as the menu price did not reflect what I was charged, (i wasnt told this, I just checked my bank transaction) the worker told me that takeaway prices cost more!

There was no sign outlining this and I felt cheated. Charges like this need to be made transparent to the customer, signage should be easily visible so customer knows what the price of their purchase is. It isnt the cost of the 10c extra charge, but the principle of being transparent of charges that I am annoyed about. Was quiet but we had to wait half an hour for food. One dish was ok but one was below average. Waiting staff are nice but with little shop knowledge.
