I love the pancake parlour at Plenty Valley. There’s a nice entrance as it’s outside of the shopping centre and in the outdoor eating area, but still attached to the shopping centre. Service: I have always found the service to be very good and friendly. Food: This pancake parlour has a high standard of food and it’s yummy. Price: The pancake parlour is higher in price then other places, but it’s not somewhere that you will come every day but for special occasions or a just because treat. Location: It’s in a good location with Westfield there and other food outlets around. You can have something to eat then see a film or the other way around, or just stop in for a late coffee. If you have done your shopping with or without friends etc, stop and sit down and have a drink be it hot or cold. This is a great location because it’s not far from the other shops and your car or pickup point. Parking: Most times there’s plenty of parking as it’s part of the Westfield shopping area and the parking is good. Disability parking is right over the road, so it’s a good place to park and then accessible to have something to eat. Disability access: Yes they have access. The entrance is flat and the doors are double so they can open them to accommodate wheelchairs etc, I did mention parking and access above. It’s also easy to go from there into Westfield to shop if you wish. Menu Variety: Great variety and they have children’s menus plus specials for the weather. If you are looking for something that’s not on the menu, just ask. Why go: If you are going on a date and want something nice but not too formal, this will fit nicely. You have privacy and you are not constantly bothered by staff once you’re served. It’s great to go out with friends and family for a meal, something lite or a full meal if you want. Children are catered for. If your going to the movies or wanting just a coffee or tea, it’s a good place to stop by. Why not go: If you are on a tight budget, this is a place that you need to plan and save for to some degree. Don’t expect much change out of $20 for a basic meal. Overall: Worth going to for the treat or odd occasion, even something different. It’s also fun the way it’s decorated and unless you are really uninterested in pretty much everything, there will be something that will get your attention.

I have the say the service at this Pancake Parlour is absolutely disgusting. After having not been greeted at the door a friend and I made our way to a seat which had not been cleared. There were minimal staff on during that time yet there were not many customers in the store. After ordering our meals the drinks arrived in a sorry state. The orange juice was no where near the standard size as advertised on the menu, it was even in a different glass therefore I will be complaining to AAA as well as any online media to expose this. The coffee was of a poor standard as well with a lack lustre attempt of decoration and only luke warm. Overall the standard of service is below standard and poor quality. If I compare to other areas it fails in comparison. I hope you take this into account yet I will never return to this store or franchise again as there are so many far better choices that are family owned. Highly disappointed and absolutely disgusted.

What aaaa worst experience we had it was so so so bad I would never ever going to come even if they offer us free food. first we waited at a table so someone can come and clean the table as table had food which was eaten by previous customers but nobody came there was only one waitress working cleaning serving doing everything. We ordered food it was 25$ pancake and when serving came it was so tiny that we had eat again from other cafe. We order coffee and they give us coffee when we had finished our food so so so so bad taste bad burnt pancakes bad service bad serving size everything is just bad. They charge so much they should put fresh fruits instead they put frozen raspberries in my pancake which gives me tummy ache and I was so sick of it I had to rush to toilet every 2 hours it was awful experience eweeeeeeee

Sunday lunch post grand final. Upon arrival we're met by one of the two wait staff working. They were either over it by the lunch service or not well trained. The four of us including 2 kids were basically met with a grunt. A table pointed out to us to sit at. A few minutes in, we read at the bottom of the menu that you need to as for a kids menu. Why not just train the staff to offer a kids menu as you're seated? When we do get one it's only one. I mean, come on, the staff weren't that old to have forgotten how kids are when they have to share crayons to colour in the one picture.

We then notice the QR code to order. It's great because they cant possibly forget anything and you also have photos of the meals. Wrong.

Four seated and the wait staff bring 3 meals out of the four ordered. No reason given for the delay or the missing meal.

Ten minutes later I notice what looks like should be my meal up on the counter. It is ignored by the 2 staff who are busy taking payments and bussing tables. I finally get it after 5 minutes and the staff going through receipts to see which table it was meant for.

The toilets were horrific something I'd expect the G's would've looked like at the end of yesterday's game. I only pray that wasn't another duty for the wait staff to juggle during their shift because anyone needing to use the facilities at dinner would be better off squatting beside their car.

Overall I can only hope this place improves. It can't get much worse. No I won't be going back nor would I recommend it to...

Dined at Pancake Parlour, Plenty Valley on Sunday 29 April. Excellent service and food. People leaving one star here, but then saying the "food was great" are being unfair and just whinging and moaning - we are a spoiled lot with our first world concerns.

As tour experience, we walked up to the counter (like at any hotel pub) placed our order and the food arrived quickly and as ordered.

People in the booth next to us ordered via the phone app and had no problems at all, their food arrived quickly and as ordered - all good.

Great to have a Pancake Parlour in the neighbourhood. If you can do better, stay home and make your own - but be fair when judging your own handy work. AS TO THIS POST BELOW, First learn to spell, second, you don't need to use caps like your shouting. Goodness, used a little bit of data to download app, oh my. Pathetic is right, but it is not Pancake Parlour that is pathetic. Life is short, enjoy. TERRIBLE SERVICE. YOU DONT EVEN GET SERVICE. HAVE TO BLOODY USE YOUR DATA TO DOWNLOAD THEIR APP TO ORDER OR GO WAIT IN A LINE TO FIND OUT THEY DONT TAKE CASH. GET YOUR MEALS BEFORE YOUR DRINKS AND WAIT 1 HOUR FOR IT. Always been a massive pancake parlour fan but plenty valley one is no good. Hope they change their ordering service as you pay so much for the meals when at the end of the day it’s only...
