we made a valentine’s day booking specifically for an indoor table. when we arrived (at our booking time), they had no indoor tables available and offered us an outdoor table when it was bucketing down with rain outside. they then lied and said we booked an outdoor table. upon re-checking our reservation we confirmed we had definitely booked an indoor table, so it was 100% their error, for which we received no apology. on valentine’s day we were forced to traipse up and down bay st for an hour, looking for restaurants that had availability for walk-ins. luckily the vietnamese restaurant around the corner which was already packed, made space for us and saved the night. 100% recommend thai le ros for taking a date if it’s with someone you...

Have ordered delivery a few times, including pad Thai. Today my pad thai arrived COVERED in chilli flakes. Impossible to remove all of it. I called the restaurant to give some feedback- not to complain, not expecting anything, but just to say that the other orders never contained chilli and putting the chilli in a separate container would be appreciated. Other Thai takeaway places do this. Staff member said pad Thai always comes with chilli and that's to be expected.
