It was infused with Lime also called as lime rice and missed with chopped coriander leaves. The herb adds a nice flavor to the rice which makes you wanting to try more. The chicken was grilled. The pieces were small but quantity was more. The chicken was also flavored well and grilled to make it juicy. Nachos were not to my satisfactory a it was too salty. But to add a silver line, it was very crispy. Avoid the Nachos if you are not in to Salt. The added Mayo was perfect and it makes the rice creamy and a bit spicy. Overall the food was good, filling and satisfactory. Avoid this meal if you are not a tomato or salt favorite. The price was $11 and I think it was worth it. We ate at a table right near the counter and had a chance to watch the team at work. Food court places can be hit or miss but I was very very impressed at the way everyone in the back seemed so focused on their station and also very friendly and prompt with the orders.
There were smiles and good vibes amongst the staff there and it just seemed like it would be a great place to work as an introduction to hospo. Just wanted to pass on that feedback because this kinda thing is rarely reflected in Google reviews.

Burritos were bland and were poorly portioned (mostly filled with rice). I asked them to remove the coriander and they didn't. The nachos we got were mushy, cold, and pretty much lacked the rest of the ingredients apart from the nacho chips, small amounts of cheese, and tomato.
