Booked a table for 1930 turned up at 1934 the restaurant was packed with a few tables still full of used plates and bottles. This is a busy place both with dine in and takeaways. I waited 5 mins for my table. Was ok sat down and offered a bottle of water and some free popadoms and sauces. While reading the menu there were a lot of Uber/food delivery guys in and out of the sticking front door. Took a long time for old tables to be cleaned. I ordered my drink and meals and watched the comedy of people unable to open the front door. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tikka I forget the region one it was. I was hoping for more flavour it was good just not wow. I also ordered a chicken madras and asked for it hot, some basmati rice and the usual garlic nan. Rice was cold in a metal cold dish, was strange as the rice is normally warm. The madras had a nice gravy and the chicken was plenty. The only thing lacking was heat/spices. I ate what I could which wasn’t all that much, the garlic nan was very wet wether they used oil and garlic to paste on the flavour. It was a nice meal I think I paid around 56$ for it which is about right. Not really made me wanting to rush back. I may try again next time I’m down on business but will try something...

Here we go. Another night out exploring #williamstown My partner was looking forward to tandoori and a bottle of #bowenestateshiraz We’d made a booking and I would recommend as it was quite busy. We chose to order just starters and entrees: Samosa Chaat, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka, roti bread, paratha bread, raita and rice. Can’t fault any of it. In fact the Chaat was delectable and tasty. So lots of different tastes, textures and flavours. Recommend this as an alternative to a main course and rice. Highly praise @sangamtandoori Notes: Kid friendly. There are two steps into the restaurant so not necessarily disabled friendly. Dietaries catered for (to a point). Fast service. Attentive and friendly staff. Good parking but make sure you know the limitations in time. The takeaway orders were flying out the door.

If I could give this place higher than 5 stars I would the food was outstanding. I cannot rate the service as I ordered take away but I will be going in soon for a dine in experience. I ordered chicken vindaloo with saffron rice, and garlic naan. The chicken vindaloo was like an explosion of flavours in my mouth it is exactly what I have been looking for. there was a perfect balance of sweet, sour and bitterness and the sharp heat level of the vindaloo only enriched these flavours. I used to have a curry from an award winning restaurant back in the UK and I have been longing for something that tasted as good as the dish I used to have. They have far exceeded these expectations. They managed to combine all of the flavours into a masterpiece. The garlic naan was also very good it had the perfect bake, with perfect balance of garlic to ghee ratio. I really am very impressed with...

Had a chance to visit this place for dine-in, for entrees we had paneer tikka masala and samosa chaat , paneer tikka masala was good properly grilled with tinge of smokey flavour and suitable condiments, chaat was not what was expected to be , it was just an hot samosa dipped in to creamy curd and tangy chutneys over it, but the overall taste was great, garlic naan and roti were perfectly made each with what taste they meant to give, chicken do pyaza, with hot option (as in spicy) is a must try, for vegetarian we had kofta which was great too.
