Very dishonest staff member tonight. Ordered on ubereats through their "Northcote pizzeria" named store. Staff member called and said my food was out of stock. She wouldn't cancel the order and insisted that I do it, I said "I'm not paying a cancellation fee, please cancel it if you can't fulfill the order", she insisted that I cancel it and hung up on me. The delivery driver came with my second order and told me the restaurant insisted he cancel my order, but he didn't want to as he was there to collect it and it is their responsibility. I made an order at 8pm through Uber Eats for 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and a drink. At 9:45pm I called the restaurant for an update on the order and they said it was still in the oven and that they would send it out in 5mins.
