This has the potential to become the best burger house in the area, bit it is not there yet.

Pros: The bun is very good, the party is homemade and massive. The combination I got with the haloumi was great and the haloumi property cooked.

Cons: patty was cooked to death. Patty although massive and good deal for the consumer, I am not sure how it can be profitable for the store.

I asked for second patty on my burger and my request was declined.. that was ultra weird initially but then I saw how big it is. I could easily have a second as I was hungry, anyway the point is that extra patties is a normal regular request and it should be accepted. I have no problem to be changed extra 8 $ for this size of patty.

Absolute disgrace. I placed an order for delivery which ended up an hour late. I was told that the driver was not even at the restaurant yet to deliver my food. I was then told not to worry that my order will be freshly made and arrive hot. Neither of these things were true. The fish and chips were cold and stale, and burger was soggie. Driver didn't even have the decency to hand deliver and apologise for the inconvenience, just knocked, left the food and ran. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO MC DONALDS FOR SOGGIE FOOD THAT IS...

Absolutely disgusting the way the staff treat you there is a kiwi girl working at mernda she always gets the order wrong has charged to much as well she is so dumb and she stinks sooooo bad how can they let people work with food that have bad hygiene? It's that bad I have reported it to the council DO NOT EAT THERE your better of going to Theo's fish and chips just down the road they are much much better Such a shame as Sgt. Baker use to be so good but now they have put their greedy prices up and have putrid staff that stink...
