false advertising and a waste of money, the matcha tiramisu drink was shown to be vibrant and green and looked appealing, however the drink itself was a muddy water color and looked disgusting and the taste did not make up for it, basically tasted like bitter coffee with not even a hint of matcha flavour whatsoever at the very least even a hint of it, it was offensive to even claim for it to be "matcha", I'm aware the quality of matcha isn't the best at chain places however it tasted NOTHING like what it claimed to be "matcha tiramisu". I'm pretty sure they messed it up and just gave me normal tiramisu due to the strong coffee flavour, and matcha tiramisu is often just purely matcha and does not have coffee as it is not the same as classic tiramisu, my drink should of been exactly what I ordered, disappointing and a waste of money, horrible service and lying from workers once approached about this and said it was "meant to have coffee" it was purely just coffee. when it clearly is not meant to taste that way or look that way,...

hands down the BEST BOBA TEA PLACE in all of MELBOURNE… the people are the nicest employees I have ever met… I have the tea every time I go to the DFO… my trips are incomplete without a visit to the stall.. I have tried almost all of the options and love them all. But the best part, even sweeter than the tea is a an employee named Jennie, a kind and warm hearted woman who has always put customer service first and made this place stand out as the place to go on...

What happened to having all the drinks including pearls in the price? This was the standard, and with most bubble tea places. Now they advertise the drinks with pearls, but charge you for the pearls on top instead of including it in the advertised price. Get your signage fixed so that it’s not misleading.. or just include the pearls in the price like you used to. Next they’ll probably start charging...
