We came with a party of 4 for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. One of the party has been to this place several times. We ordered 2 plates of satay for appetiser, chicken massaman curry, prawn green curry and two bowls of chicken tom yam. We were the only table at the restaurant today. Food: the taste and decoration is acceptable. Some improvements can be found in the area of serving order. The two curries arrived first, followed by the rice. A few moments later we were served the soups. Last to arrive are the two dishes of satay. When taking our orders, the staff person (who was the only person /server in the restaurant) did not ask nor confirm whether the appetizers were to come together with the mains. We were not asked whether the spiciness level requires increasing. Service: if you like to be left alone when dining, this place fits exactly your requirement. After taking our order, and delivering the food, we were not checked and had the entire restaurant to ourselves (not able to request for napkins, nor additional hot water, nor anything). Before clearing our table, the same server came by to ask whether we needed anything more as kitchen was closing and the next stop-by was to give us the bill and muttered “we are closing soon”. Improvement recommendation would be to take a refresher course on serving customers at table, and hygiene. Right at the end of taking our order, the server (without a mask) starting coughing and continued into the background while walking away. We could hear very deep and distressing coughs (like Covid related symptoms). I certainly felt uncomfortable. Summary: I would recommend that customers come visit this place soon as I don’t think the business will last long

Went to Siam Spicy for the first time.. we had the ginger fish and the chilli fried barramundi with vegetables .. Both were outstanding but chilli fried barramundi with vegetables was absolutely fantastic.. lots of spice and yum.. also had a Penang curry which was fine.. the service was excellent and if you are in the Beaumaris/ Black Rock area and beyond, give Siam Spicy a go..

Overly enjoyed the whole experience that the team at Siam Spicy provided. Service was fantastic and so we're the dishes. I ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken, even though it's a relatively basic dish, the Chef at Siam Spicy whipped up a 10/10 meal. Thanks guys! See you soon

Dined their Sat.,04/03/23.. had to write this review.. avoid, avoid, avoid.. The customer service is non existent.. The staff walk around with their heads in the air avoiding eye contact with the diners inside!..We asked for water repeatedly (3 times).. waited and waited for our meals which when arriving were only warm not even piping hot for the serious long wait time!!.. Seems they were inundated with online takeaway orders - patrons inside and out turning up and waiting for takeaways everywhere, seriously uncomfortable dining in not to mention the health hazard of the overcrowded people waiting for take outs .. Disorganisation at its finest. No apology from ANY staff was given for this totally unacceptable behaviour.. Couldn't wait to get the "f'' out of their. My only regret is not recording it for all future unsuspecting patrons to view..Won't be rushing back anytime soon. Plenty of other places to eat in Melbourne - they should have been reported for deliberately overcrowding people in a tiny area for their own PROFIT/GREED which is totally unacceptable on every level. They should be shut down if they continue to operate like this.. This was a seriously...

It seems Spicy Siam is hit and miss. We have eaten before and had a good experience with the food. Quite impressed. Now we have got a take away and its the opposite. Prawn Tom Yum soup with quite tough and very whole prawns. Who puts a whole unshelled prawn into a soup? By the time you have fished them out , pulled the heads and tails off and cleaned the scales you've somewhat lost the appetite for the soup. Tough Chicken in our Stir Fry and vegetables that were very al-dente suggesting they may have been frozen before going into the meal ( I have seen this comment on 1 star reviews before for this place).

Summary - if you get the right night it will be nice and if not then not so much. Am I wrong to not expect two tough uncleaned prawns in my Tom Yung ???? For nearly $100 for dinner we could have...
