I've had previous problems here such as missing food, but today topped it all.

Having been in the past, I knew how busy it can get, so I decided to call in advance. I was given a wait time of 15-20 minutes, which is completely fine. When I went down I could see that the place was packed and figured that it would probably take longer than 20 minutes for my order to come out - which again, is fine. However, after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes, I decided enough was enough and decided to ask how far away my order was. As it turns out, they hadn't even written my order down. I consider myself a regular to this corner store. I tend to come here every 1-2 weeks in the recent months. Every time I come here, it's a new experience (but always a good one). The restaraunteers who supplied the traditional seafood dish were incredibly polite and accommodating. The food itself was some good grub, nothing special but it holds a good place in my heart. The service was extremely slow. The food was very over priced and extremely oily. I ended up throwing most of it away and going across the road to the other fish and chip shop where they met a standard. The best part about the food was hearing it hit the bottom of the bin.
