Never coming again and will be telling all my local friends to stay away. New Malaysian/Singaporean guy employee wouldn’t let me order rice dishes as they were only meant for ā€œtakeawayā€, when every other previous time I was allowed to? Maybe I should’ve just ordered it as takeaway and just sit and eat it at any of their 20 empty tables?

The lunch or Rice dishes were the only reasonably priced dishes as the mains are absolutely ridiculous, my favourite dish Spicy Chilli chicken was cooked in stale oil, the chicken was almost unchewable very dry today and way too small a serving for nearly $30.

Fried crispy noodles looked good on presentation but sauce was too runny and drowned the noodles until they were not crispy and soggy af.

Only saving grace was the xiaolongbao, skins a bit thick but decent; just don’t order the black truffle ones. 🤮

They kept discussing and cussing loudly at the front desk arguing about seemingly changes to the menu in Chinese/cantonese to the point it had to be explained to another lady customer that they were arguing and joking around. Definitely did not make my meal enjoyable. Even when I looked up and stared at them, they just smiled and continued their heated discussion. Maybe they need to focus on doing their current menu right and get feedback on it from diners, BEFORE looking at changing it completely?

$74.10 for two people dinner. As I said will very unlikely be coming again, but literally being the only Chinese restaurant that is the most local, maybe takeaway but definitely not...

The food was delicious. The only problem is that we ordered 2 entrees to have while we decided what else we wanted to eat. It was the very delicious chicken spring rolls and the satay chicken skewers. The laksa and fried rice arrived before the entree and I asked if they could take it back and keep it hot while we enjoyed our first course. Both of the main courses were noticably cooler than they should have been if the timing of the dishes was better managed. We had some chicken and prawn dumplings and I was a little concerned that they may have been a little undercooked because they were very pink and squishy... Took most home to reheat tomorrow to make sure... We will be back but I will make sure they get that the entree should arrive before the mains ... everything was lovely and clean and fresh and the menus weren't sticky like some older places... keep it up and you will do very well. A great addition to the Casey shopping...

DO NOT ORDER, TERRIBLE RESTAURANT! We ordered a special fried rice and a lemon chicken via Uber Eats.

The special fried rice Was fantastic as always...

The chicken was okay not as fresh as normal

The lemon sauce was like jelly and tasted horrible... which is not like sisters dumplings as we have ordered this many times before.

When I called them. They told me they cant do anything about it if I don't like the food, it's not there fault...

She kept repeating herself like they didn't care about there reputation.

I have ordered many times from sisters dumplings but having ordered lemon chicken and then having Mayo chicken was not part of the plan.

0 stars for the service, the cooking and not caring about the reputation of the business.

I will be telling others about this...

I cannot believe the disaster of a meal we just had. We ordered Deep Fried Chicken with Sichuan Chilli for $28 a dish, and it was absolute trash. The chicken was like chewing on a rock—hard, dry, and inedible. It’s clear the food was either old, overcooked, or prepared by someone who has no clue about basic cooking. We’ve dined in several times since the restaurant opened last year at Casey Central, and were hoping for a nice meal tonight, but we got completely ripped off instead. This was by far the worst food we’ve ever had, and there’s no way I’m ever ordering from here again. I’ll be reporting this to Casey Central management, because this level of quality is unacceptable, especially at such a premium price. Don’t waste your money, and don’t recommend this place to anyone

We saw this place Sister Dumpling a new comer to Casey Central shopping centre so we wanna try their dumplings. Service & Ambience [3.5]. The staff were friendly and show us the table. Taking orders where we were seated and got our free tap water bottle. Quite a nice setup inside and the restaurant feels fresh, well it's new. Food [3]. There are few dumplings restaurants we have been and having food authentic dumplings are not easy to find. Here, their dumplings are okay for the boiled and pan fried. The pan fried seems too oily for us. Their sweet & sour pork rice was also okay. We might be back for their other dishes on their menu and hope to impress.
