Don't bother! There are so many other great places to get good food in the area.

Management does not honour discounts and have no sense of customer service. Staff seem unhappy (presumably also a management issue). The pizzas are ok but overpriced. And the app doesn't work.

I received an SMS today for 20% discount when redeemed in the app. The app kept crashing on both mine and my husband's phones so I called the store to ask if they could make an exception as the app was malfunctioning. The manager I spoke with was Pravin. His response was: "It must be because you are using an android phone. The app is working fine on my iPhone", also: "The voucher isn't valid after 5pm". This was not stated in the SMS at all. He responded with: "You would have been notified when you tried to redeem it at payment". After going around in circles for a few minutes I said that without the discount I would just order elsewhere and also leave a review about managements unwillingness to honour discounts. Managers response: "Ok".

I ordered from here for the first time on uber eats a month or two ago and the pizza was very good so the next time i ordered a delivery i thought id order from the directly thinking id pay them the delivery fee instead of uber eats.. Well what a mistake that was.. 50 minutes after the complimentary phone call saying it was on its way.. So when it arrived i refused to pay for one of the two pizzas i ordered as i thought that was fair compensation for the inconvenience.. Well tonight i thought id give them another go but this time going through uber eats as the pizzas are pretty good.. Unfortunately they seem to have black listed me for the previous time as uber eats now won't deliver to my area even though im only 5.6km away from them..... Poor form smokin joe's pizza...
