Here’s how to make the onion masala filling and assemble your onion masala dosa: āø» Onion Masala Filling Ingredients: • 2-3 large onions, thinly sliced • 1-2 green chilies, chopped • 1 tsp mustard seeds • 1 tsp urad dal (optional) • 1 tsp chana dal (optional) • 1 sprig curry leaves • ¼ tsp turmeric powder • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp oil (coconut or vegetable oil works well) • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional) Steps: 1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Add mustard seeds—let them splutter. 3. Add urad dal and chana dal if using, fry till golden. 4. Add green chilies and curry leaves, sautĆ© for a few seconds. 5. Add sliced onions and sautĆ© until they turn soft and slightly golden. 6. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well. 7. Cook for another 2-3 mins, then turn off the heat. 8. Garnish with chopped coriander (optional). āø» Making the Dosa: What You Need: • Dosa batter • A non-stick or cast iron dosa tawa • Oil or ghee Steps: 1. Heat the dosa tawa on medium-high flame. Once hot, sprinkle a little water—if it sizzles, it’s ready. 2. Pour a ladle of dosa batter in the center and spread it thin in a circular motion. 3. Drizzle some oil or ghee around the edges. 4. Let it cook until the bottom is golden and crispy. 5. Add 2-3 tablespoons of onion masala in the center. 6. Fold the dosa and serve hot! Please follow this recipe to make onion masala dosa, the stuffing you made was terrible bad. DONT JUST PUT RAW ONIONS TO CALL IT ONION MASALA DOSA.

I had to Throw the Food Straight in the Bin - It was that Terrible. Avoid at All Costs if You Don’t Want Food Poisoning or a Potential Heart Attack. I ordered the Chicken Curry with Rice Combo and Plain Idli from them on UberEats. The chicken curry was nasty. It was swimming in oil, with the entire container leaking and greasy. But worse than the mess was the smell — the gravy had a strange, off-putting odor, like it was made with spoiled or frozen chicken. I couldn’t risk eating it and threw it straight in the bin after lodging a complaint with UberEats. They even managed to mess up something as simple as an idli. It was dry and dense in the center, soggy and watery around the edges — like soggy rice. The accompanying sambar was equally bad: thin, watery, and overly tangy, lacking any real flavour or balance. PS: This restaurant operates under different names on UberEats (see screenshots). I’ve noticed this pattern with other places that serve poor-quality food or have bad service — perhaps they try to hide behind multiple profiles to mislead customers. It’s a shady and dishonest tactic.

Quality food with reasonable price, friendly staff, fresh poori.Best vegetarian South indian breakfast available .They have brunch buffet on sat, sun. They have Idli, pongal, Set dosa, poori, mysore bonda with sambar, chutneys, poori curry. They have cardamom tea which smells very pleasant and tastes great. I love everything in buffet and tea. They charge 20 dollars per person which is very reasonable price for the food they provide. free for small kids. The staff is very friendly and responsive . For people who work from mon to fri and want relaxed brunch instead of cooking at home, This place is worth it. You can buy curries available to take home after brunch. They do have varieties of india food mainly veg,NV talli. Try it you will not regret...I already visited twice and planned to visit monthly twice as long as brunch buffet is available in their restaurant šŸ˜‹

I ordered food and was not delivered the correct order , the manager said he will refund, I said it is ok , I will collect the goat curry in the weekend, When I contacted in the weekend, the girl at the counter was rude and gave a small quantity and was dealing with me as if I have committed a mistake , this is how it happens in India , and the exact behaviour was shown to me , ultimately I asked to pay me the amount , she returned the money as if she was giving me alms , there was no apology , I travelled for 30 minutes to come to the shop , I was kind when they did not deliver , but was mot reciprocated, that’s Indian šŸ‡®šŸ‡³ Jai hind

Thanks for your response , and it proves further, await for my solicitor to respond

FYI I will be filing a complaint with ACCC of your personal abuse towards me , and file a complaint contacting AFCA as well Please be ready , you got the wrong person I ordered food , and paid for it it was your fault of not delivering it properly , you didn’t do it for free as you claim , but anyway it’s good you put it writing in Google Let see , thanks

FYI complaint has been filed , Dear friends anyone reading, do not give in to this owner who is a bully if you don’t give good feedback , he is abusive , please report his behaviour to all relevant authorities, also report his unhealthy premises , Still complaints will continue ā€œ a simple apology would have sufficed, rather he decided to go personally abusing, he had the option to remove my review if he was not happy, but decided to deliberately attack at a personal level , this is online abuse , I will make him realise his arrogance, Thanks

Received acknowledgment from ACCC Received acknowledgment from department of Food and safety Dear friends , the name of the business gets registered , so any complaints of business owners being rude and worst service , please exercise your rights , thanks

I filed a complaint with Uber Eats , they we’re professional and apologised and refunded the full amount without being mean .

Therefore emailed the restaurant owner to provide the bank details, so that I will refund his $15.00 But no response

Next is consumer affairs Victoria and local council , will get it done shortly and keep...
