The new train station has certainly attracted a much better behaved bunch of people. They are more inclined to be sociable instead of anti-social. The PSO's have a convenient office & are able to intervene quickly to anti social behaviour leading to a much safer environment for the elderly & mother's with children. The hospital is better equipped for patients having to use public transport making it easier & more efficient for patients to access facilities at the hospital via the station. The station's facade is more appealing for people & parking is now at lot easier and available to more cars making using public transport easier & a much more feasible option rather than driving into the city helping to lower pollution and people density. A number of station's on this line have been improved leading to a more efficient use of public transport with better parking & availability allowing a decrease in pollution & more people using public transport for work & leisure especially in the city of Melbourne. The public transportation system has been upgraded & improved at a number of locations in and around Melbourne along with the new tunnel being added easing congestion on the WestGate bridge leading to the western suburbs. A number of level crossings have been improved or even removed leading to a decrease in traffic congestion & improving road safety. Pedestrian traffic has also improved 10 fold giving people more efficient access to the city for work & leisure activities. This can only lead to bigger & better things for our public transport system allowing it to handle larger flows of people thereby easing congestion & pollution. The city circle has added another line giving it more capacity & allowing more efficient timetables to be put in place increasing the capacity & availability of trains 🚂🚃🚃🚃 on all lines also giving the system a dedicated line to Melbourne airport greatly increasing the transport options for international travellers. This is something that Melbourne has needed for years & is now becoming a reallity bringing us well & truly into the 21st century. These improvements are long overdue in coming but are finally becoming a reallity helping us grow & flourish as a 21st century acropolis & setting our mark on the...
Read moreCustomer service in Clayton Station is terrible. There was a guy with a beard on Saturday 9th Dec who yelled at me when I was asking a simple question. I'm not sure if he had any personal problem but as a customer of a public service I don't like being verbally assaulted by someone that is there to help people. There are cameras to confirm this issue. This guy refused to provide his name because he probably does the same to other people. If you also have this problem with this guy in the future please post it here. It seems that PTV does nothing to improve customer service. They didn't provide any feedback to my formal...
