I ordered food and was not delivered the correct order , the manager said he will refund, I said it is ok , I will collect the goat curry in the weekend, When I contacted in the weekend, the girl at the counter was rude and gave a small quantity and was dealing with me as if I have committed a mistake , this is how it happens in India , and the exact behaviour was shown to me , ultimately I asked to pay me the amount , she returned the money as if she was giving me alms , there was no apology , I travelled for 30 minutes to come to the shop , I was kind when they did not deliver , but was mot reciprocated, thatās Indian š®š³ Jai hind

Onion Masala Filling

Steps: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seedsālet them splutter. Add urad dal and chana dal if using, fry till golden. Add green chilies and curry leaves, sautĆ© for a few seconds. Add sliced onions and sautĆ© until they turn soft and slightly golden. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well. Cook for another 2-3 mins, then turn off the heat.
