Su's Roujiamo — Restaurant in Melbourne

Don't be put off by the basic decor and limited English on one of the menus. The hand made noodles here are so so good! The owner is super friendly and his noodles are amazing. There are 2 menus, the one not in English has different items on it. I just looked at the pics people had posted on google and pointed out to the owner at what I wanted. I also used google translate to look up some items. Pick number 1. The wide noodles in chili oil. The chew of the noodle is sooo good 🤤 it doesn't have any meat in it (maybe something in the chili oil). It's just a simple yet super delicious noodle dish. The thin noodles are so delicate and also delicious. I've previously had the cold noodle dish (Liang Pi) and it's also amazing. I actually crave it. It's the perfect light noodle dish. My brother is Vegan, so it's perfect for him. Also the price was is cheap for today's pricing. Will definitely be trying more of their noodle...
