Visit on 13th at around 2:25pm.
The male staff member seemed to be so absent minded and kept answering back when we ordered. The staff member needs to understand that we dont work in a subway outlet and wr dont know all the names of sauces and salads at the top of our heads. The staff member was totally disconnected and kept looking over our shoulder and watching it rain.
Finally when the subs were toasted and came out we started ordering salads on one of the footlongs with all salads as that was for me and we decided to do the other one subsequently as the other one was going to be shared by my child and wife who didnt need spicy salads or spicy sauce and thus we needed couple of more minutes to choose the salad. The staff member insisted in doing the other one first! Then we went on ordering the salads as we planned he placed the subway aside and started doing as told and later on kept confusing himself with the sauces as he was staring outside the store when we were talking. We had ordered the avo range and when we asked him to add avocado he kept staring as if he heard the word avacado for the first time. We then didnt end up adding for extra avacado in the second one due to his absent mindedness.. We couldn't be bothered any more and just wanted to finish the transaction.
Finally he had to be asked whether he had a problem in following instructions as he was totally disconnected from the start. Would we visit subway next time? Yes the quality is amazing and we love the brand.. Would we choose an outlet with this kind of staff definetly not. I feel sorry for the licensee of the store for having such a lousy staff member. I had to litetally walk away and let my wife deal with the order as i couldn't stand his irritating behaviour.
Definetly need more training. A very disappointing experienced because of the staff member.
Cleanliness was poor as it had tissues on the floor when we sat down. If the staff member had stopped day dreaming and paid attention the store could have been avoided.
Another staff member kept serving well with goof rapport building with customers.

Read moreStore representative at that time was Kaushal ( I am not sure as he was not wearing name badge and he told his name when I asked). He was not welcoming at all, same thing happened to me in the past few times as well as today. He never greets customers, nor he take care of health and hygiene. He never changes his gloves prior taking a new order. Bread always tastes stale. I am vegetarian, subway provides a barrier for dealing customers in terms of there preferences and for me consuming meat contaminated food is equal to consuming meat. If your staff can not maintain a barrier than why it is there? I asked him to change gloves and he responded that he hasn’t touched any meat with it but I saw him making meat sandwiches prior my order. I was regular customer there but never had any problem but now he’s there all the time which makes me not to go there anymore. I visited store today, saw him, decided to leave and to my surprise he didn’t even greet me or consider me, instead I was served with same classic sandwich of ignorance. Read moreI’ve been eating here for several years now. Never had any issues until now. This one employee that works there (asian). Found her to be very rude and obnoxious. Gave me an attitude problem when i payed in cash. Its as if she was annoyed to open the cash register to give me change. The second time i went in this other employee (whom was very polite and friendly) served me and i asked to have my sub toasted. While she was busy serving another customer, who do i find coming out of the kitchen area? The rude employee again. She takes my sub out of the oven and just deliberately leaves it on the table without serving me. It was left there for at least 2 minutes and she goes about serving someone else. I was left waiting in the cue like an idiot. Found that to be unprofessional. I tried not to get angry.
