I had a worse experience at this store. Today i went to get a foot long, i asked for toasted. It was little bit burnt at the edge. I told the man working over there it is burnt, he acted as if itâs not at all visible. I know it was burnt little bit not a big deal. I told him thatâs fine leave it, but then he kept on pressing âno its not burnt it is toasted âthat this, yet again i said thatâs alright leave it am running late to work.
And again in the last he started telling me itâs not burnt, in future if youâre coming you should know it is toasted and all. Sucha annoying person, he donât have the nature of letting go off the things just want to argue.
Subway got some standards so please keep it that way, doesnât matter which nationality person owns the franchise.Youâre not selling just some breads or buns, it is subway. I truly respect for the name they earned, just let it be. Maybe the person doesnât know that â Customer is always rightâ no matter what. This is Australia and they have some strong consumer laws which every big or small storeâs obey. And i have a Right to speak out, by arguing you canât change the truth.

There is only 1 team member that always provides great service (wish I grabbed her name), but unfortunately the other team members Iâve come across, let the whole thing down.
My most recent experience involved a man trying to order a sandwich, English was his second language and the staff member was too lazy to even attempt to listen properly or understand what he was asking. Completely disrespectful. It was clear that he didnât receive what he was asking for but you could tell he let it slide because he wasnât sure how to ask again. I had to intervene and ask the staff member myself to give the customer what he wanted.

   Read moreI got a sub today, and not only was it the glorious sustenance I needed, but I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely person named Ruby. They made me an AMAZING sandwich that was indistinguishable from the photos and videos I have seen advertising subway. It was a picture perfect sub, with the taste to match. As well as the sandwich, Ruby also made some fantastic conversation, that made me feel valued and respected as both a customer and a human being.
